Key Personnel

This is a Temporary position in Dundee posted October 24, 2018.

Key Personnel are working in partnership with a National Healthcare provider in the recruitment of a Part Time Administrator.  This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Providing effective and informative customer service, the successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of all sample orders requested by customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure all orders are input correctly and in an efficient manner.
  • To ensure all telephone calls are dealt with effectively.
  • To ensure that customer orders are taken correctly, ie, price, product number, quantity.
  • Pass on any information or requests received from customers that require further action.
  • Advise customers of delivery dates, appointment times etc, as required.
  • To assist in the upkeep of accurate nurses and patient files and databases.
  • To type letters to GP’s requesting repeat prescriptions/corrections.
  • To pack and dispatch any parcels being filled from the Centre.
  • To unpack and record all deliveries of stock in to the Centre.
  • To assist in regular stock level checks
  • To maintain the centre to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Filing
  • To liaise with Nursing/Advisory staff.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good comprehensive product knowledge/clinical terminology
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • VDU operational skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Package

Salary: £11.00 per hour
