Key Personnel are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller on behalf of our client based in Perth.

This is a full time permanent role and our client is looking for someone who has previously worked in a credit control/bookkeeping role within a fast-passed environment.

As credit controller you will be part of the larger finance team reporting to the finance director, you will liaise with customers to resolve issues and ensure billing and invoicing is completed efficiently.

Duties will include:

  • Processing sales invoices
  • Liaise with internal teams to drive the correct process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Chasing payments
  • Resolving queries around outstanding invoices following company policy
  • Establish and maintain client relationships

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:

  • Work well as an individual and as part of a wider team
  • Communicate clearly to customers and to key contacts within the company by phone and email
  • Display resilience to deal with potentially uncomfortable conversations in a calm confident manner
  • Work on own initiative
  • Have experience in dealing with multiple tasks and prioritising workload
  • Good excel skills
