Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and has the ability to converse with individuals from all levels of business. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, with the ability to take part in presentations, demonstrate, host meetings, negotiate and is more than capable of working towards and achieving targets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a sales role and be able to demonstrate their successes. It is also essential to have a full UK drivers license as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, exposure of digital and email marketing and sales skills such as face to face sales, tele sales, negotiation, closing and presenting.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Field Sales Executive will research the market, generate leads via cold calling, maintain and manage the current customers, develop opportunities via face to face meetings and close business.

Main roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a sustainable portfolio of clients
  • Cold calling to establish leads and generate business meetings
  • Attend customer facing meetings, conducting and advising customers on their requirements
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to the Commercial Director
  • Attend company meetings when required
  • Responsible for ethical behaviour and maintaining integrity at all times

The Field Sales Executive role is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm and salary is dependent on experience.
