The Green Marshal is in place to take over from G4S Security night shift and there to help protect the greens until the Club Marshal come on shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role of Green Marshal will be to take over from Security night shift teams to help protect the greens until the Club Marshals start their shift. Green Marshals can be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Green Marshals will be allocated a green each day. Please note that you may not be allocated the same green each day.
- Locate yourself at the green so you are visible to all.
- Liaise with green staff and marshals when they approach the green.
- Provide world class customer service and event information to our spectators.
Experience
- Golf/general event experience would be beneficial
