The Retail Assistant role is in place to provide excellent service and experience for customers to The Open Shop.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role of the Retail Assistant are key to the Shop operation. Retail Assistants can be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Provide answers and solutions to queries where possible from customers, to ensure that the shop experience is fitting of a premium event.
- Stock replenishing, merchandising on the shopfloor and operating tills are all part of this role.
Experience
- Experience working in a customer service role would be beneficial.
