Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part‑Time Administrator to support the day‑to‑day administrative operations of our retail business based in Cupar. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting a busy environment.

Working 3 days per week, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth back‑office operations, supporting the retail team, and helping maintain efficient business processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Process invoices, orders, and delivery paperwork accurately
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and filing systems
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Assist with stock control administration and supplier communications
  • Support rotas, timesheets, and basic payroll administration
  • Ensure data is handled in line with confidentiality and GDPR requirements
  • Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail or a customer‑focused environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable approach to work
