We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Assistants to work with our client in Dumfries. This role will be in the Clothing Department during the busy festive period. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 6pm to 9pm and Friday Saturday 6pm to 10pm, 20 hours per week.
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service at all times.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries, sizing, and clothing selections.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are kept tidy and well presented.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the department.
- Supporting with stock deliveries and organising merchandise in the stockroom.
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
