Key Personnel are recruiting a Visitor and Retail Supervisor on behalf of our esteemed client based in St Andrews. As Visitor and Retail Supervisor you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure a memorable and high standard of experience for all customers.

The Role: Visitor and Retail Supervisor

Hours : 35 hours per week

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term

What you will be doing as Visitor and Retail Supervisor:

• Be proactive in identifying ways to continually enhance visitor experience
• Leading and motivating a team to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered at all times
• Manage the day-to-day visitor and retail operations
• Ensuring staff are knowledgeable and fully trained on all areas of the business
• Set and monitor KPI’s
• Supporting with weekly banking procedures
• Manage and oversee the visual merchandising within the store, ensuring both experience and sales are maximised
• Stock Management
• Processing orders and bookings
• Producing and managing staff rotas

Skills/Experience Required:

• Experience of working in a supervisory/ management retail role
• Strong understanding of sales and merchandising methods, including upselling and display
• Confident in practical use of technology and MS office products
• Experience of cash handling and working with EPOS management systems
• Budget management experience
