We are looking for catering assistants to join the team with our client in rural Perthshire on an ad-hoc basis. Working with the team you will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by assisting with food preparation, serving and maintaining cleanliness in all catered areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food prep
• Serving food in a friendly and efficient manner
• Marinating a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Following all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment would be preferred but not essential
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
•  Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings or weekends
