Duties
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our state of the art facility. Your main duties will include:

• Organising and planning staff rotas
• Overseeing the use of our booking system
• Managing the venue diary
• Supervising the team whilst on shift, making sure the service and operations are delivered as expected
• Acting as a point of escalation as required
• Monitoring stock levels
• Running and logging end of day reports

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Some experience working in a supervisory/management customer facing role
• National 5 Maths and English or equivalent
