Key Personnel are currently recruiting a Ticketing Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Cupar on a full time, permanent basis. The Role: Ticketing Operations Coordinator

Hours: 35 hours, with flexible working options

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cupar, hybrid available

What you will be doing as Ticketing Operations Coordinator:

• Lead on the development of ticketing process ensuring world class application and purchase experience
• Drive continuous improvement of ticketing system
• Collaborate closely with third party providers for new platform, feature and offering launches
• Deliver internal training on the ticketing system
• Work on site at events as and when required to meet business needs ensuring a smooth experience for customers and staff

Skills/ Experience Required:

• Experience/ knowledge of developing apps and/or website design advantageous
• Technologically minded with high attention to detail
• Relevant technological degree or qualified by experience
• Knowledge of ticketing highly advantageous however full training will be provided
