Working as part of the team delivering the day-to-day front of house operation with our client in St Andrews ensuring first class levels of service to customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the front of house team to meet and greet customers
• Take orders and serve customers
• Resolve any customer queries and escalate where required to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of the food and drinks menus
• Assist with cleaning duties as required

Requirements

• National 5 qualifications, ore equivalent in English and Maths
• Experience working in a restaurant environment
• Experience in delivering excellent levels of  customer service
